For BlackHawk/Vista users:

For ASUS users experiencing audio issues with SoundMAX BlackHawk, we are temporarily posting the most recent audio driver for ASUS customers to download. This driver works with the following ASUS boards that include ADI 1988 audio codec:
  • P5
  • MVP
  • Download ASUS BlackHawk Driver (19.8 mB .zip file)
    (Suggestion: Create a folder on your desktop and name it "ASUS Driver". Unzip the downloaded package (ASUS_BlackHawk_v41.zip) to the "ASUS Driver" folder. Open the folder and double- click the "Setup.exe" file. Follow the instructions on your screen.)

Intel Audio Studio for Windows Vista is now posted for download on Intel's website.

The application is included with Version 5548 of the Sigmatel (IDT) audio driver.
