Express Logic offers royalty-free ThreadX® RTOS for the configurable ARC 600 and 700 core families, as well as legacy ARCtangent™ processors. Express Logic’s ThreadX RTOS is an easy-to-use and highly advanced multi-tasking solution. Combined with ARC's configurable cores, Express Logic's picokernel™ architecture delivers high-performance with extremely small memory requirements that scale down to 4 Kbytes for reduced memory costs. ThreadX also provides ARC customers with innovations including fast software timers and a unique mechanism to help reduce context switching. Also available for the configurable ARC 600 and 700 processors is the full suite of Express Logic middleware offerings including the NetX™ TCP/IP network stack, FileX™ file management system, and PegX™ graphics subsystem.
