Richard Barfield Chairman of the Board. Richard Barfield joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director in September 2003. Mr. Barfield was until September 2006 Chief Executive Officer of Spring Group plc, where he was previously the Group Finance Director. He was Group Finance Director of Northgate Information Solutions plc from April 1995 until May 2000; he was also President of Northgate's Glovia joint venture with Fujitsu and President of the Group's application development tools business, PRO-IV. Prior to this he occupied senior financial positions with Bellsouth Corporation and SmithKline Beecham. Mr Barfield is a chartered accountant, having qualified with KPMG in 1982.

   
Dr. Geoff Bristow Dr. Geoff Bristow joined the Board as Senior Non-Executive Director in September 2003. He is Chairman of the Strategy Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee. After gaining a first class electronics degree from Imperial College, London, and a PhD from Cambridge University, he spend five years at Texas Instruments' semiconductor division before moving to ICL plc where he set up Octagon Industries, a management services company designed to assist undervalued hi-tech companies. In Octagon's first initiative he became CEO of Wordplex Information Systems plc and was attributed with its rescue from receivership. Subsequent Octagon rescue initiatives included Alphameric plc, where he was Executive Chairman. Later he was Chief Operating Officer of Poqet Computer Corp in California prior to its sale to Fujitsu, after which he became an Executive Vice President for Fujitsu.

   
Steven Gunders Steven Gunders joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director in June 2007. Currently he is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Gunders has close to 40 years of industry experience and specializes in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and operations. He is a qualified C.P.A. and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago. A former partner with Deloitte and Touche, Mr. Gunders was the global lead consulting partner at Deloitte Consulting with a particular focus on private equity clients’ buy and build strategies both in the United States and internationally.
   
Carl Schlatke Carl Schlachte is president and CEO of ARC International and joined the Board in 2003. Carl has more than twenty years of experience in the semiconductor industry, including CEO roles at global fabless semiconductor and IP companies, and executive positions at Motorola and ARM Holdings plc. At ARM he established its North American operations and secured strategic relationships with some of the largest chip and system companies in the United States. Carl resides in the East Bay of Northern California with his wife and children, and is active in his local community and philanthropic causes. He also is a Director of MOSAID Technologies Inc.
   
Victor Young Victor Young is Chief Financial Officer of ARC International and joined the Board in 2007. Victor has over 35 years of corporate accounting and management experience with technology companies such as Selectica, Mobilitech, BOPS and Tera Systems. Victor’s industry experience includes service with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and multinational venture capital, technology, manufacturing, telecommunications and service corporations. He is a graduate of San Francisco State University.
